1. Delivery deadlines
Ordered products from the web store Kemoton, KEMOTON GROUP delivers via Deutsche Post, DHL. Delivery is made 2-5 working days from the day of picking up the package from our warehouse. In case the delivery service does not find you at the address, it will leave you a notification when and where you can pick up the package yourself.
Delivery deadlines do not include:
day of receipt of the order / request
delay time due to incorrect and incomplete Customer address
time of delay due to force majeure or other reasons for which the Seller is not at fault
non-working days if they represent the beginning or the end of the deadline
Delivery is to the entrance to the facility of the desired address. In the case of a residential building, the supplier is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the Buyer is located, but to the entrance to the building. Delivery is made through transport companies that provide transport services.
1.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary

1.3. We also ship to DHL packing stations. Please specify the post number and packing station number as the delivery address.
1.4. The shipping time is usually 2-4 working days. There may be delays due to overloading of the parcel services.
2. Shipping costs
2.1. For shipping within Germany, for orders over €50 with VAT, we deliver the ordered goods free of charge. For all orders less than €50, a charge of €5 with VAT per package is made.
2.2. When shipping bulky goods, shipping costs of €20 apply. These are automatically added to the shopping cart and listed separately beforehand in the product description.
2.3. For shipping abroad, we charge the following shipping costs per order:

2.4. Please note that cross-border deliveries may incur additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and / or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, which you must bear.
Damaged or lost shipment
In the event of loss or damage to the shipment, we would like to remind you that your shipment is insured against loss or damage in delivery. For possibly damaged products, we replace them with new ones. Please notify us by e-mail immediately upon receipt of the shipment of the damaged shipment. A photo of the damaged packaging is mandatory before using the product to guide you through the next steps.
